My streaming product is displaying a fault or error code "8".

If your streaming product displays a Fault or Error Code "8" then it has reached it's maximum permissable internal operating temperature. Please turn off the unit and allow it to cool and try to identify the cause of the unit becoming hot.

Please ensure that the unit is not sat in direct sunlight and that the unit has enough space around it to allow for ventilation.

Once cooled, the unit should operate correctly once more. 

This applies to all streaming products - Uniti, Uniti2, UnitiQute, UnitiLite, SuperUniti, ND5XS, NDX, NDS and NAC-N172XS.
