My streaming product is displaying a fault or error code "19" or "20".


 If your streaming product displays a Fault or Error Code "19" or "20" then it has detected a fluctuation in the mains power supply that has been of sufficient magnitude that it was necessary for the unit to self protect.


Once rebooted, the unit should operate correctly once more. 


This applies to all streaming products - Uniti, Uniti2, UnitiQute, UnitiLite, SuperUniti, ND5XS, NDX, NDS and NAC-N172XS.
